The Service

OpenVoting provides tools for creating online elections, inviting voters by email, collecting votes, and reporting results.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree to add only voters who have a legitimate connection to your organization or election, and not to use the service to send unsolicited email.

Payments

Election launch fees are charged through Stripe at the price shown in the dashboard at the time of launch. Fees are non-refundable once an election has been launched.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available throughout your voting period but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OpenVoting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
